Guideline for the listing of offers

idealo (hereinafter also referred to as "we") enables you as a Partner to list your offers on idealo Websites. However, we reserve the right to eliminate your offers before they are listed in order to protect our Customers, to comply with legal requirements or to be able to provide our idealo Websites properly.
To avoid having your offers sorted out before they are listed, please comply with the following principles.
Unusually low prices
For your own protection against erroneous price representations, idealo will not list certain offers if there are indications for idealo that the offer contains an erroneous price indication. To reduce the risk, idealo can therefore refuse to list offers if there are indications that the price transmitted to idealo does not match the price in your shop ("price error").
Disruption of the functionality of the idealo Websites
idealo reserves the right not to list offers if you, as the Partner, transmit disproportionately large amounts of data to idealo or otherwise impair the functionality of the idealo Websites.
For fraud protection
If idealo has indications that you are pursuing fraudulent intentions with your shop, idealo can stop the listing of offers on idealo Websites.
Suspension of new offers for maintenance purposes and functionality tests
The listing of offers may be temporarily suspended for maintenance purposes and/or due to functionality tests. There is no entitlement to a permanent and trouble-free listing of offers.
Prohibition of the listing of certain offers
idealo reserves the right not to list offers if they violate our idealo guidelines.
Creating different offers for an identical product
Partner may not list several offers for the same product unless this is expressly permitted in writing (e-mail suffices) by idealo. idealo reserves the right to refuse to list additional offers if the Partner has already placed an offer on the site. On the other hand, you are free to increase the quantity of your existing offer.
Disproportionately high order and shipping fees
You may not charge Customer disproportionately high order or shipping fees for example in order to create a lower offer price. idealo reserves the right not to list offers with disproportionately high order and shipping fees.
Missing or incorrect information about the offer
If you wish to list offers on the idealo Websites, these offers must contain certain product and offer information so that idealo can list these offers. You can find an overview of the mandatory attributes we require in our CSV Feed Import Guideline and in the CSV Import File.
The following points in particular lead to the assessment of missing or incorrect information about the offer:
- Offer URL does not lead to the matching offer in your shop ("Online Shop") or leads to a page with an error message.
- The structure of the offer file is technically defective and the offer data can therefore not be imported and updated.
- The online shop is not accessible or does not function properly (orders are not possible).
- The transmitted prices do not match the prices in the your shop.
- The offer file cannot be retrieved so that the offer update is not possible.
- The transmitted shipping and/or payment method costs do not match the corresponding costs in the online shop.
- Fields marked as "Required" in our CSV Feed Import Guideline were not filled in or not filled in correctly.
Filters requested by the Partner
If you as the Partner agree with idealo that certain offers are to be filtered out by you, idealo will filter out these offers before listing them.
Complete suspension requested by the Partner
If you, as the Partner, agree with idealo that all of your offers are to be suspended, idealo will filter out new offers before listing them until a different agreement has been reached or, in the case of a temporary suspension, the suspension is ended. For such an agreement, at least text form (e.g. e-mail) is required.
