Liebe Partner:innen, wir hoffen, Ihr seid gut durch den Sommer gekommen und freut Euch, eine neue Ausgabe unseres Newsletters auf dem Bildschirm zu haben. Ab sofort erscheint dieser wieder quartalsweise.

Wir haben unsere Website für Händler:innen und Partner:innen relauncht. Neue Inhalte, neue Formate und eine neue Architektur bieten Euch jetzt den bestmöglichen Überblick. Im Bereich idealo Academy gibt es aktuelle Studien, Whitepaper, Case Studys und Trends aus der großen bunten Welt des E-Commerce. Auf der Seite Technology Partner findet Ihr Euer neues Firmenprofil. Sollte dieses noch nicht vollständig sein, meldet Euch bitte per Mail bei uns (business@idealo.de).

Endverbraucher:innen wollen genau wissen, wann ihre Bestellung eintreffen wird. Deshalb gibt es auf idealo.de ein neues Lieferzeiten-Feature, das User:innen den genauen Liefertermin oder -zeitraum im Datumsformat anzeigt. Viele Händler:innen nutzen es bereits; bei User:innen findet es großen Anklang.  

Bedingung dafür ist logischerweise die vollständige Datenübermittlung der Händler:innen an uns. Damit das auch über Eure Schnittstelle geht, muss das Feld “maxOrderProcessingTime” in der Angebotsdatenübermittlung enthalten sein. Bitte fügt diese Abfrage ein, solltet Ihr bisher noch nicht dazu gekommen sein.

Wie Ihr natürlich längst wisst, wird die Schnittstelle PWS 1.0 (Partner Web Service) zum 31.12.2021 abgestellt. Das betrifft ausschließlich die Übertragung der Angebotsdaten. Alle Infos zur Umstellung auf PWS 2.0 findet Ihr in der API Documentation. Bei Rückfragen sind wir immer gerne für Euch da.

We have relaunched our website for merchants and partners. New content, new formats and a new architecture now offer you the best possible overview. In the (German) idealo academy section, you will find studies, white papers, case studies and trends from the colorful world of e-commerce. On the Technology Partner page you can see your new company profile. If this is not yet complete, please contact us by e-mail (business@idealo.de).

Consumers want to know exactly when their order will arrive. That's why idealo.de has a new Delivery Time Feature that shows users the exact delivery date or period in date format. Many merchants are already using this feature, and it has been very well received by users.

Logically, the condition for this is the complete data transmission of the dealers to us. In order for this to work via your interface, the field "maxOrderProcessingTime" must be included in the offer data transmission. Please add this query if you haven't done so yet.

As you already know, the interface PWS 1.0 (Partner Web Service) will be discontinued on 12 December 2021. This concerns only the transfer of the offer data. All information about the changeover to PWS 2.0 can be found in the API Documentation. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
